Returns + Exchanges
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, but we are happy to issue store credits if your order is returned within 14 days of the issued fabrics due to fault or damage of the actual product when it arrived. All returns must be unused and in original condition, that being the same condition they arrived to you in, otherwise a store credit cannot be offered.
If you believe your item to be faulty, we are able to offer you a store credit once we receive your item and reach the same conclusion. ALL returns must be requested FIRST via email to: email@example.com_. Please include the following details when you return:
Your return address
Your name and order number
The return form detailing why the order is being returned.
At this stage, being a very small studio, we cannot offer exchanges or exchanges for change of mind. We can offer a store credit if the item is faulty, or if there is a reason you are unhappy with it. See above for details.
